how to see the hidden Last Seen WhatsApp
Step - 1: First install the OnLog application by the LogMobi developer at the link below.
Step - 2: Open the Onlog application and on the home page, you will be asked to enter a pseudonym, country code along with the telephone number of WhatsApp users. Then tap Start to Follow!

Note:
When entering the omission number '0' at the beginning, because it has been replaced with the country code.
Step - 3: Automatic WA numbers added to OnLog. To get every notification online, tap the red bell icon. Then you will get a push notification every time online on WhatsApp.
To see Last Seen, tap the icon on the top right. The red icon means it is offline, while the green color indicates it is online. There is also information on duration while online on WhatsApp
