You can simply download the WhatsApp application from Play Store, then open Settings> Advance Features> Dual Messenger.
You will see a list of applications that support the use of two accounts in one application. To activate two accounts on WhatsApp, you just need to move the slider.

After that, you will go through several install processes such as installing WhatsApp in general. You will be asked for your other number so you can use two WhatsApp accounts on one handphone.
